By using cmmcg.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean CMMCg.

General information, not advice

The pages, the knowledge base, the articles, the sample documents and the Resource Library on this site are general information about Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) and related rules. They are not legal advice, compliance advice or certification advice. They are not an assessment of your organization, and using them does not by itself make you compliant with any regulation or contract clause.

Using this site, downloading a document, or sending us a form does not create a consulting, advisory or client relationship with us. That relationship begins only when you and CMMCg sign a written agreement.

We do not guarantee any certification outcome, assessment result or Supplier Performance Risk System (SPRS) score. Regulations and their interpretation change. Confirm requirements against the current regulation, your contract and your contracting officer, and get qualified legal advice where it matters.

The assistant

The assistant on this site is automated. It uses an artificial intelligence model and can give answers that are wrong, incomplete or out of date. Its answers are not advice, not a quote and not a commitment from us. Only a person at CMMCg, in writing, can commit us to anything. Do not enter Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), export-controlled data, passwords or other sensitive information. See the Privacy Policy for how conversations are handled.

Resource Library documents

You may download the Resource Library documents and use them inside your own organization. Do not resell them, republish them, or present them as your own work.

Our content

The text, design, graphics, documents and other material on this site belong to CMMCg or its licensors. Apart from the use allowed above, do not copy, change or distribute them without our written permission.

Acceptable use

When you use this site, do not:

• scrape, crawl or copy the site or its content by automated means, except for normal search engine indexing;
• try to break, overload, probe or get around the security of the site or the assistant;
• upload or send malware or any harmful code;
• submit false information, or submit a form in someone else’s name;
• use the site for anything unlawful.

Other websites and services

The site may link to other websites and relies on outside services to run. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

No warranties

The site and everything on it are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise the site will be uninterrupted or free of errors.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, CMMCg, its owners and staff, and its service providers, including Fishtown Development, which builds and maintains this website, are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, contracts or business, that come from your use of this site, its content, the Resource Library or the assistant, or from relying on any of them.

Indemnity

If you misuse this site or break these terms, you agree to cover any claims, losses and costs, including reasonable legal fees, that CMMCg, its owners and staff, or its service providers face as a result.

Who runs this site

CMMCg operates this website. Fishtown Development builds and maintains it on CMMCg’s behalf and is not a party to any quote, engagement or service agreement between you and CMMCg.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute about them or this site belongs in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.

If part of these terms fails

If a court finds any part of these terms unenforceable, the rest still applies.

Changes

We may change these terms. When we do, we will post the new version here and update the date at the top. Using the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
